The standard Desktop Services offering comprises:
Desktop management, encompassing all hardware and software administration.
Onsite or field based desk side support, with target fix times of four or eight hours, dependent upon the agreed service level. For a combination of site based and remote support, hot swap equipment can be administered from local and central locations.
Software control, configuration and management to evaluate all new software and ensure that these will not adversely affect existing PC builds.

The incident management process begins with the detection and recording of the incident, followed by initial support to the end user and incident classification. The incident is investigated, the failure diagnosed and the affected IT service restored.
Dedicated call management to manage the engineers’ call queues and workload, ensuring delivery of the contracted service.
