Imaging solutions
Logica’s imaging solutions are designed for companies whose business process is currently driven by paper documentation. We provide a global offering, with scanning centres in Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. We scan over 1.5 million images per month, converting them into data or electronic images and relieving our customers of the burden of handling large volumes of paper documents. We use high speed and specialist scanners and can index, categorise and extract data from documents. Our systems also deal with document storage and retrieval and the secure destruction of unwanted paper documentation.
Print and mail solutions
Our print and mail operation is based in Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK. We aim to provide a complete solution for our customers. This starts with the stationery itself: each year, our supplier produces 165 million sheets of paper and 400 million envelopes in any design the customer provides. We also offer a document development service, with fully trained developers using the market-leading DOC1 tool to design documents for our customers. For printing and mailing we can offer both continuous and cut sheet capability and our printers have a monthly capacity of 63 million sheets. We can offer bulk or bespoke solutions and also handle time-critical and highly secure projects such as payslips and cheque printing.
