Users will learn how to navigate through the various windows; understand the features and functions of the Component Template, Message Configuration, Message Variable and System Variable windows; create and test new outbound messages; and learn about workflow messaging triggers. Although the information in this course is universal for the ARM Suite of applications and STORMS, Logica’s WMIS work management application will be used as the basis for all examples in the workshop, in order to make these examples relevant to the broadest possible audience.

Friday’s session will focus on IMFPlus Administration. It will cover the technical architecture, the web-based IMFPlus Administration UI supplied with the product and the common tasks that an administrator may be required to perform. The scope of this session includes the use of the administration UI for Service Gateway configuration, error analysis and failed message resubmission, starting and stopping IMFPlus, troubleshooting message processing failures, archiving Gateway tables and the new Monitoring capabilities.

This workshop is designed primarily for technical personnel who will be responsible for implementing interfaces and running the system, and for business personnel responsible for defining interface messages and their contents. The workshop will be in a lecture format led by Logica with opportunities for the participants to share their experiences.
