Logica recognises the importance of setting the right objectives before selecting a system. In order to properly define and prioritise these objectives, an assessment of risk exposure should be carried out by line of business, geography, client segment, products and channels. Our management consultancy practice has worked with financial institutions to assess risk exposure, define objectives and establish delivery programmes to ensure successful implementation of new financial crime systems.
Systems integration
We know and have practical experience of working with some of the leading product vendors in behaviour detection and as a prime contract systems integrator, our core competence is delivery of systems to budget and schedule. Our expertise enables us to share relevant global experiences with our clients, bringing new ideas and concepts to their attention. This reduces project risk and maximises the benefits that can be achieved from the implementation.
Support centre
Our dedicated support centre for Financial Crime solutions provides a help desk service to answer our clients’ queries on the use and operation of their system, provides details of new releases, registers enhancement requests and investigates and resolves any software issues.
The support service operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm local time, as standard, and this can be extended to 24*5 or 24*7.
