To help our customers determine how they will adopt RTARM Mobile, functional demonstrations, configuration workshops and hands on laboratory sessions will be conducted to provide valuable insight for customers who have or are thinking about adopting the mobile solution.

The demonstrations, configuration workshops and laboratory sessions will initially focus on the functionality available within RTARM Mobile.

The course will conclude with a brief review of the RTARM Mobile configuration functions enabling the client to determine what administration will be required to implement.

To support the workshop course attendees will receive:

  • A presentation that summarizes the functionality demonstrated
  • Hands-On Laboratory exercises designed to enable the attendees to become familiar with RTARM Mobile
  • Configuration Guide detailing the ARM configuration required to support the demonstration

This workshop is designed primarily for business experts who will be responsible for running the Mobile application, defining the screens that business users will utilize and defining business processes that will be affected by Mobile implementation. The workshop will be in a lecture format led by Logica with opportunities for the participants to use the software and discuss their mobile experiences.
