Logica has operated DaLearning (formerly DPMT) – the centre for acquisition training as a managed service for the Ministry of Defence for over 10 years.
DaLearning successfully delivers 20,000 delegate days of training to over 9,600 delegates each year, along with designing, developing and maintaining a portfolio of over 70 courses.
In April 2005, BAE systems selected DPMT to develop and deliver a commercial foundation training programme after a competitive tender.
Logica managed the delivery of over 75,000 eLearning training days to Ministry of Defence staff worldwide. We deliver over 130 management and IT courses to Ministry of Defence personnel through 32 Defence Electronic Learning Centres (DELC) and the rapid reaction loan service.
In September 2005, we successfully demonstrated the use of DELC’s using a satellite communications link.
