As at close of business on 5 April 2012, being the last business day prior to publication of the Notice of meeting, the company's issued share capital comprised
1,616,766,474 ordinary shares of 10p each, carrying one vote each.
The total number of voting rights was therefore 1,616,766,474.
At close of business on 12 March 2012:
- The issued share capital of Logica plc consisted of 1,611,986,730 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each
- Logica plc did not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury
- The total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 1,611,986,730
