Scanenergi consolidates everything in one system! – MecomsTM

Scannergi, an energy company in Denmark, has implemented the integrated customer service and billing solution – MECOMS.

Energy Data Management, Customer Service, Billing, Invoicing and Service Management - all consolidated in one single system called MECOMS. Scanenergi has used more than three or four separate systems and enormous amounts of Excel spreadsheets. The company signed a MECOMS implementation contract with Logica to deliver an end-to- end and future-proof solution for handling Smart Metering, CRM, Customer Service and Billing.
