Logica in ten: clients

Revenue from our top 50 clients was up 11% despite a difficult market and now represented 44% of group revenue, compared to 42% at the end of 2010.

  1. Together with ABN AMRO and IBM, we successfully migrated 1.5 million Fortis Dutch retail banking customers over to ABN AMRO - and won an award for IT project of the year in the Benelux in the process.
  2. We deliver smart data services to five of the UK’s top six utilities retailers, supporting more than 60% of the smart meters installed in people’s homes.
  3. Logica’s Payment Service Hub (LAPS) was deployed to five new financial institutions across three continents in 2011. Currently, over 75% of Low Value transactions in New Zealand are processed by LAPS. LAPS can process 50 million transactions per hour.
  4. Our multi-country HR BPO platform, developed in collaboration with Oracle is being deployed to deliver service over 150,000 employees at KPN, Ahold and BAE Systems. Ahold was the largest HR BPO deal, by number of employees, awarded in Europe in 2011.
  5. Over 7,500 administrators from 38 oil and gas exploration and production companies operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and other locations manage permits and licenses for over 500 joint ventures over our cloud based platform, replacing a legacy solution and enabling an efficient, secure flow of information.
  6. Our largest deal in 2011 was a €300m deal won with FleetCor to provide a 10-year managed fuel cards service to Shell, one of the world’s leading fuel card issuers. The project will deliver better service and faster time to market for innovation and system enhancements across 35 countries in Europe and Asia.
  7. In a world where the total volume of data is doubling every three years and most of it is unstructured data today, our Business Intelligence expertise is being recognised by our clients (as well as by analysts like Gartner and partners like Microsoft) as they seek to address large scale data management and analysis.
  8. Through our ecosystem and partnerships, our clients have access to over 100 sector and technology specialists as well as global players like Adobe, Salesforce.com, Orion, SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.
  9. Our ongoing work with EDP, currently delivering renewable energy to seven countries, was awarded “Technology Innovation of the Year for Excellence in Renewable Energy” at the 2011 Renewable Energy World Conference.
  10. Our revenue with our top 50 clients was up 11%, more than twice our overall growth rate.
