Market-leading Prodis now Powered by SAP NetWeaver helps upstream businesses improve efficiency and drive down costs

LogicaCMG today announces its Prodis hydrocarbon management solution has achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®” status. Prodis is a market-leading solution that addresses the need for upstream natural gas businesses to integrate and standardise their IT systems. Prodis is vital to international oil and gas businesses due to the increasing need for them to share information within and between their operating companies in order to improve efficiency and cut costs.

Businesses operating on Prodis, which is now Powered by SAP NetWeaver, benefit from real-time processing as well as help with integrating people, information and business processes across the enterprise. The upstream solution, which is Powered by SAP NetWeaver, manages and accounts for the production of hydrocarbons from the reservoir, through production facilities, pipelines and terminals to the sales point. It also acts as a comprehensive repository for metering other mission-critical operational data.
