Step Change: Collaborating to Innovate

Prof. Leslie Willcocks and Andrew Craig of the London School of Economics Outsourcing Unit answer questions about their latest and fifth paper in the "Outsourcing Enterprise Series" of white papers sponsored by Logica: Step-change: Collaborating to Innovate. The paper, published in late 2009, reports on how CEOs and their supplier organisations should consider making a step-change in their ability to lead outsourcing for strategic business purposes by collaborating to innovate. The authors explain the benefits that organisations will derive from collaborating closely with their outsourcing partners, and how deeper collaboration creates the environment for innovation.
