Fennia has 60 offices offering services to clients all over Finland. They also have a national call centre providing sales and claims handling customer services.

The challenge
There were two main business challenges facing Fennia. First, the broker companies – Marsh, Aon and Colemont – demanded electronically delivered policy letters and invoices. This had to be supplemented with a faster delivery time with minimal cost to the broker companies
Our answer
Our first step was to design a content management service for Fennia. We deployed our ECM in the cloud and implemented a content management service from the cloud, which helped integrate Fennia’s core insurance applications. This translated to an innovative virtual print process in place of mainframe based printouts
