Our solution Logica Eos is a mobile application that helps you offer advanced customer care to your customers by making it efficient and hassle-free. With Eos, your customer can have instant access to the nearest customer care centre regardless of where he may be or where he purchased the appliance from. And that too without bothering about help-desk numbers or product or purchase details.
All this information is stored on a tag that is pre-fixed on the appliance that the customer is buying. When in need of any assistance the customer can simply switch on the application that he would have downloaded on his mobile phone and using it take a picture of the tag. On doing so, the information would get transferred to the customer service centre nearest to the location of the customer.

How does it work?
The Logica Eos mobile application decodes the 2D barcode, eg. QR (Quick Response) code, on the tag that is fixed on the appliance. It then sends the information to the Logica Eos system. The Eos system in turn, notifies the nearest customer care centre, and connects it to the customer.
The tags come in Static and Dynamic versions.
Static tag: The Static tag stores static information like product and purchase details. Customers can also obtain them for appliances they already own. They can provide the showroom with the necessary information, upon which the showroom can generate a QR code tag. This can then be stuck on the appliance.
Dynamic tag: The Dynamic tag comes with a display screen and stores both static and dynamic information related to the appliance. When the appliance generates an error code in case of malfunction or when it senses an impending one, the code gets displayed on the tag’s screen. When the application reads this tag via the customer’s phone, it notifies the customer care of the exact problem along with the location details of the product. This helps in resolving the problem faster and more efficiently.
In a more advanced version, appliances will be able to communicate issues directly to the Logica Eos system, which will report it to the nearest and relevant customer care. This takes customer service to an altogether new level, as there is no human intervention required. Things become even simpler!
