Logica hosted investors at Lisbon Innovation Centre
Logica’s Board and executives will host a group of investors at its Innovation Centre in Lisbon, Portugal, on Tuesday 14 December. In addition to providing an opportunity for interaction with the Logica Board, the intention is to give investors a deeper insight into our business.
The presentations will provide an overview of Logica’s leadership in the Energy and Utilities segment and how our leading solutions in the sustainability space have helped us evolve our relationship with EDP since the Edinfor acquisition in 2005. We will be demonstrating our abilities in smart grid management. The materials presented during the sessions will be made available at www.logica.com/Investors
There will be no new material information disclosed. The guidance given in our interim management statement published on 3 November 2010 remains unchanged.
