Logica delivers SAP hr-services to Sodexo
Services supported from the Netherlands, Czech Republic and India
Logica, the IT and business services company, will deliver over the next five years software support services and technical maintenance for the HR and Payroll systems at Sodexo, one of the biggest catering services and facility management companies in the world. The services agreement will be based on a SAP platform and will be supported from the Netherlands, Czech Republic and India.
Commenting on the contract, Geo van der Wilk, managing director of the Industry, Transport & Distribution (IDT) division of Logica Netherlands, said “This contract clearly demonstrates the trust and confidence customers have in our ability to manage important corporate systems. By outsourcing systems management, clients can focus on their core business while Logica ensures that the outsourced services are executed in the most efficient and effective manner.”
The services agreement will be delivered based on Logica’s blended sourcing model. The model ensures that the right resources and location mix (on-site, on-shore and off-shore) is leveraged to deliver client requirements in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The Netherlands will deliver the complete project management, functional support and client management to ensure customer intimacy is maintained. Other parts of the contract, including technical maintenance, will be supported from Logica’s application centers in the Czech Republic and India.
