Hi, I am Theo Quick and I am currently leading Logica’s Intelligent Transport Systems Practice.
My areas of expertise are ITS, Sustainability, Road Pricing, Asset Management, Mobile Working and Geospatial Information Systems. I have been Technical Director for
ITS UK and IT Director for the
Institute of Asset Management. I am very proactive in knowledge sharing and play an active role in many organisations.
I am a member of the
Technical Group of Automotive Council, a member of the
Transport KTN Steering Group at the Technology Strategy Board and on the transportNewcastle Advisory Board, together with Logica’s relationships with
ERTICO,
Intellect, and various educational institutions and research laboratories, I also help to support and promote innovation and technological advancements in the global ITS space.
Prior to this role, I set up the Asset management Practice at Logica and remain IT Director and patron at the
Institute of Asset management; the professional body for those involved in acquisition, operation and care of physical assets, particularly critical infrastructure. I have a wide-ranging experience of the transport sector in Europe and the US, gained through consultancy, project management and systems development for leading companies in the sector.
With 2 very young children, spare time is a bit of a luxury, but when possible I enjoy climbing.
