The first step was to define the scope of the project. We followed this up with detailed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assigning roles & responsibilities. Next, we ensured that Volvo would have a local team close by that they could interact with, while some of the testing services were delivered from our global delivery network in low cost locations.
