What’s a payment factory? What issues are keeping corporate treasurers awake at night? What do corporates think of the banks?

That’s what Logica wanted to find out, so we commissioned an independent report, conducted by EuroFinance, examining how large businesses are assessing and implementing payment factories. The research consisted of 30 individual interviews and roundtable discussions with senior finance executives from European corporations who were considering, implementing or operating payment a factory, all held under the Chatham house rule.

The research uncovered a number of key drivers and challenges for corporates, and identifies implications for both corporates and their bank partners.
