A reassuring portal for insured employees

Put the user back in the heart of the system by going paperless. This is the strategy drawn up by the government for the CNAMTS (National health insurance agency for salaried employees).

Background and Objectives

To improve, modernise and personalise the service: Therefore teleservices represent a real issue for National Healthcare, in terms of both its image and efficiency. The objective: with 8 million accounts created, www.ameli.fr will be able to handle 25,000 simultaneous connections to take the load off other channels.

Why was Logica selected

Our consortium with Oracle and Computer Associates made us more attractive in two key aspects:

  • Our technical offering was based on the Oracle "web logic" platform for its robustness and the "introscope" software for real-time monitoring of Ameli traffic.
  • Critically, our organisational skills, allowed our teams to work hand in hand, profiting from a climate of trust without relying on teams travelling between Angers and Lyon. This proximity enables us to anticipate new issues and integrate them rapidly in the project.
