Chorus is the new financial information system used by the French government in all its public ministries, designed to manage the ministries’ spending. We managed the successful roll out of the system and provided support to ensure the move to the new system was understood and accepted.
The Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union (DG TAXUD) and the administrations of the concerned member states and associated countries use a portfolio of IT systems to support the fiscal and customs policies of the European Union. More than 50 IT systems are centrally hosted and 18 distributed trans-European Systems have been implemented. As a representative partner of DG TAXUD, we set the quality standards to which multiple service providers have to adhere.
The Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Enforcement Authority have a cost-effective email solution. The secure and highly available IT infrastructure better complies with the customer’s business demands. The system has been seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Outlook. 15,000 users were migrated in a single weekend.
The State Treasury of Finland now has Rondo, a new electronic invoice handling, approval, payment and archiving system. This is an easy-to-use and responsive system that has cut invoice processing cost from €30 per invoice to €10 per invoice. It is compatible with a wide range of financial packages used by the State Treasury in many areas of financial administration.
